Captain Jeff Kraynik is a licensed/insured USCG captain & the owner/operator of The Coastal Sportsmen of Florida. A firm believer of the "the largest fish on the lightest tackle", Jeff specializes in Saltwater Flats Fishing for Redfish, Trout, Snook, Tarpon & Shark. Jeff is the State Chairman of the Florida Ducks Unlimited "Band the Slam" inshore flats fishing circuit & also conducts fishing seminars in Orlando, Florida.

Captain Jeff Kraynik grew up with a passion for fishing, hunting, and trapping along the southern shores of Lake Erie. When he arrived in Florida almost 20 years ago, he found an unspoiled paradise as he explored the freshwater marshes and saltwater grassflats of the Space Coast. Beginning his professional outdoor career as a trophy alligator guide, Jeff had the privilege of hunting with such celebrities as Bass Pro Shops/Pro Staff Hunters Jerry Martin, Brenda Valentine, & Bob Foulkrod.

As his professional services expanded, he began to share his life long passions of waterfowling and saltwater flats fishing with his clients. Captain Jeff is a charter member and past Area Chairman of the South Brevard Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and currently sits on the State Counsel and chairs the M.A.R.S.H. Committee. Jeff is a member in "Good Standing" with the Indian River Guides Association, a group of professional fishing guides dedicated to the betterment of the Indian River Lagoon system.

Captain Jeff is a published outdoors writer and has been featured in numerous magazine, video, and television programs. Jeff assists in teaching the "Florida Duck Hunting Workshop" as an adjunct instructor for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission.
